FitMax ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, FitMax ("App").
FitMax accesses step count and related fitness data from your device’s native health sources:
This data includes step count and basic activity summaries for daily, monthly, and yearly statistics.
We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email, or contact information.
To function properly, FitMax requests permission to read fitness data from your device’s health platform. These permissions are used strictly for displaying fitness activity statistics and leaderboard rankings. We do not access photos, location, contacts, or any unrelated data.
The step count and activity data is used solely to display your fitness performance over time and compare it with others on the leaderboard. All data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.
All data processed by FitMax stays on your device. We do not store or transfer any of your fitness data to cloud servers. This ensures your fitness records remain private and secure.
FitMax does not integrate any third-party analytics, ad networks, or external tracking tools. The app operates independently and does not share your data with any external parties.
FitMax does not knowingly collect any personal data from users under the age of 13. As no personal information is collected, the app complies with COPPA and GDPR standards.
